We also offer appraisals for construction loans, which allow us to perform draw appraisals for the duration of the construction for one home or multi-unit planned subdivisions or condominiums.

We are approved by HUD and perform FHA appraisals as well as conventional loans. Our long approved lender list assures that your appraisal will be done by a professional. All of our appraisers conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), which is the highest level of ethical practice in the industry.

Our company also specializes in land only, multi-family, homes of acreage, and unique or waterfront homes. Our staff of 10 fully trained appraisers are highly educated and have 5 to 20 years experience in appraising and real estate. Our appraisers unique backgrounds in architecture, county assessment, draftsmanship, home construction, and mechanical engineering give them an edge to make valuable decisions in appraisals. We also have a highly trained support staff to answer your questions regarding invoices, report submission, or appraisal reports.

With state of the art equipment including digital imagery and EDI or PDF reports to facilitate a quicker turn around time for our clients. We accept appraisal requests via email or fax using our order form or your company’s general form. Our basic fees do not vary with county and are competitive to the area. We offer volume discounts for large orders as well as free quotes for unique homes.
